You're welcome! its not too much money actually if you do it yourself. Most of the stuff listed is just inspections and if you find that it is bad you replace it.

Thats not the reason I said that, We are meticulous about our maintenance on all of our stuff. It was a comment he made on a post earlier saying there was 100 topics like this and to search for it, when this is the type of post he was talking about.

I agree I do pretty much all of the stuff he listed each year. Good post all the idea's he listed are important and will save you from a break down on the trails. If you are looking your sled over and see something wrong FIX IT! This list is the same as taking your car in for yearly inspection some place's do 30 point inspections. Take care of your sled well and it will last long and take care of you!!

Lean out oil pump a hair
Possibly clean powervalves(I've run it for 2 minutes every week)
Everything else is good to go

Nice list, it seems long but if you make it a all summer project or focus on one item a week wont take long at all.
But buying a new sled is an easier way to lol

In my opinion if the sled is well kept it should take very little time. If your sled is old and slightly beat than the time you do spend on it will pay great dividends when you get out on the trail. In my mind it is a win win situation. nwr

Always grease it before storage! You would be surpised how much water comes out instead of grease. All that does it rot the insides of everything away! Keep up the good work
