Why in the world are you typing in caps?

All sleds are different, the only way to tell if you are jetted correctly is by reading your plugs/piston wash or running EGT gauges. Some can be dropped anywheres from 1-5 sizes lower from the factory.

Current Line Up
-09 RMK Assault
-06 IQ R 600HO
-01 ProX 600
-95 XCR 600

^ Agreed. Heck I am running 360 mains in mine at the moment and a buddy with the same sled cannot run them here at this same elevation

only go down one size at a time! all sleds are different. I had a 910 that ran the same size jets as i had in my 660, but had dif size carbs. i also had a sled that i had to jet down 80 from stock.

Look under your hood for the jetting chart,
it will be different for your elevation and riding temp.
Start with that and adjust from there as need be.
Bring jets and spare plugs with you for the first ride in the fall.

Colder air is more dense with oxegen so it burns leaner
lower elevation is more dense with oxegen so it burns leaner.

Too lean and you melt down,
Too rich and you foul plugs and run like crap.
