ok i just filled her up with gas and bleed the lines and i went to start her but she wouldnt fire. I cheaked to see if it had spark and it did and i noticed the plugs were wet so its getten gas. what could it be why it anit fireing? iam really bummed waited all summer to get the parts and i put it togather and now it wont start :(

sounds like you flooded it out. make sure the key & kill switch is working correctly. then take the plugs out, pull it over a few times to blow the excess fuel out, and start with new plugs.

I second the post above.
Does it feel like it has compression? Are all your wire connections hooked in tight? It is probably just something simple that you overlooked in your rush to get it done.

Probably is flooded. Just let it sit for a couple of minutes. Also you might need a new set of plugs.

Pull the plugs, and pull it over several times without plugs to get the extra fuel out of the cylinders and crankcase.
Then clean those plugs with brake cleaner or toss in a fresh set of plugs, and give it a few more pulls, should fire.

does sound like its flooded i would hold it wot and pull it should start as soon as it starts let go of the throttle so it dosent take off also hold the throttle with your hand and nothing else!
