I have a 1998 ZR 600 EFI that i put a 136 2" paddle track and skid from a powder special under it. I have a D&D pipe and chip on it also. I would like any suggestions on what I should run for clutching

I am working on the same setup except with a 1.5" track. This will be my first winter with the pipe and chip so not sure how it will work out. Given the pipe and chip has a special d&d clutch kit I am not sure if you can really do too much clutch adjusting since your top rpm needs to stay in the specified range. You may be able to change the engagement rpm but I think a better change would be with the gearing. Not sure what that change would be but I am going to check around and I will post if I find any good info.

I would call a dealership. Then ask them for stock setup for a 600 with a 136 and at a certain altitude go from there. You can tweak as you go.

Me too! I'm putting in a new top end this week. I just got the pipe and chip this morning. Now I don't know what to do for the clutch. I did gear my chain case down one on the top. for more grunt. No problem pulling ski's with the stock clutch but I want alot more.Jeff
