Doesn't matter could say what the rarest production sled is and what the rarest race sled is. But I'm not talking about 80's or later

I would say rarest race sled/pre production would be the 400 xc. Rarest production would be the 800 xr. seeing at best each dealer got 1

We had a bunch of the 650's. good sleds. Alot of the mid 80-90's sleds arn't rare, alot of people have them sitting in their barns or cow yards rotting.
The 800 xr is a good sled. Was very pricey when new but is a fast ditch, bump sled.

Blades are rare but not really a mass produced sled. Yes they may make 1000 per year but damn they are pricey. I see a few blades a year in northern wi.

I read there was 500 400 XCs made? Thats not a uncommon number for a race sled. There was only 500 2001 ProX 600s made. The 94 XCR 600s were 500 or under.
Current Line Up
-09 RMK Assault
-06 IQ R 600HO
-01 ProX 600
-95 XCR 600

Took these pics at our local show last season,I'm envious of this guys collection,As for rarest,, Has to be the 500 tripple free air sled in the pics( Duel head lamps). 112 mph factory sled or the TX 300 twin free air, These sleds were the original, muscle sleds and very limited production.

The manufactor has to build at least 500 of that model to race it.

There are a million of them around here. People sell them like they are going out of style. There are 4 or 5 alone for sale on craigslist in Kzoo. If it wasnt for the smugly pink, I might be interested lol.

'94 1/2 XCR600 was a mid-season released. '91 400 XC is limited production or race version. Another thing is rare is a STAR FIRE Polaris. Polaris also made '88 Indy 650, which I also believe was a mid season released or race version. ANYONE? WL

What year was the 500 triple free air? My uncle has one in the weeds he said I can have if I want to rebuild it. I think it is a 73? TX limited. I have not picked it up because it seems parts are impossible.
'73 or '74, can't remember. take it, restore it, or sell it to me.
