Here's the scoop with those. If you put a little kid on it and he tools around the yard, you should have no problems. If you get on it and play around there's a good chance its going to break, and i would assume parts are really hard to find for it. Its comparable to a Chinese pit bike. I have a suzuki pit bike, when it breaks i can get parts from suzuki. My friend bought a chinese pit bike because it was a lot cheaper and came all set up, however, we're too big for the little bikes and they break...no parts for him.
I dont think a 5 year old kid would hurt it, and they're cheap so i think you would get your moneys worth out of it.

The bikes are light enough where a kid wouldnt get hurt. And if it is a little tipsy, well then the kid would learn balance but worse case if he were to fall it would just be snow.
But they look fun to ride

It looks cool ,but I think you will be better off spending your money on a little Arctic Cat 120? Like someone else said. I have a feeling it may be built cheap and parts and service may be difficult.
I have a friend who got one of these quads for his son, which is some knock off made in China turd. He cant find parts for it welds have broken among other things and he's stuck with it. It looks really cool though

I don't think that's the Sno-scoot. Those are decent litttle machines and would be worth it! If that is the Yamaha disreguard what I said in my first post.

Not sure how old your kid is. And how much you want to spend. But these look pretty sweet. There bigger than the 120, come in a 200 and a 300.

I didn't like being a passenger that much but we never minded to much. It was all we knew and we were never really tired lol.

Sno-scoots where big enough for an adult to ride.

Got one of them things laying around. Surprisingly they are not tippy. They are a pull start. Good for on the hardpacked stuff but if you go in the loose stuff better get off and push or just pick it dang thing up.
