So this is my second season with this sled and i love it. The problem i'm having is with lights and power in general. i do a lot of night time riding and need consistent power for my headlight. Also i would like to power my GPS from the sled. From what i've read the sled actually runs AC, not DC. If i can somehow get a 12 Volt DC circuit in this thing i can have a lot of fun with it. I was a mobile electronics installer for a long time and would love to customize this sled a little. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that sled does not run AC current. I assure you it is DC. Tap in to any of the wiring to set-up your GPS. Good luck!
