Thanks to all of you who are buying the the first release of such a drastic change in the snowmobile world. It will certainly make it easier on the rest of us who buy this sled in a couple years when the bugs are worked out.
I second this^

might be a dumb question but why dont they make a long track one? Not needed in deep snow? , track be too heavy?,made just for bumps / racing etc?

Its a first year chassis and Id like to see how the first year go and I have a feeling, that Polaris will succeed and placed in a 800cc mid-season or for 2011. WL

Looked at it again. If i had a full time job and the wifes job wasn't in question. I would be talking to the dealer and banker right now. Looks like a fun ride. 600 efi, electric start. what's not to like.

By the sounds of what people are saying on Dootalk it won't be until 2012 or 2013 that they release the new Rev

We just got our Rush's in.... a sweet sled for sure.... side panels remove easy but I don't like the fact that you have to remove 2 push plugs to get the main cab open.. but regardless.... one hot sled.

^^^ these come off easy as in without a screw driver. At the show they had one with no seat no hood no gastank no sidepanels no windshield and they said you can tear it down that far in under 5 minutes. everything is tight under the hood like all sleds nowadays but everything is easily accesed for matinence and service.

the rushes look radical...not many liked the fusion desighn in 05,they dubbed it retarded looking, but in my opinion i think its still one of the best looking sleds still today, same with the rushes,at first i didn,t like front end,but now i kinda like it...give some opinions once you new rush riders get some hands on..polaris rules..ski-poo sucks!!!!

that's not too far off from what the 600 dragons go for. The 800cc will probably be about 800 us dollars more. It's what sleds cost now days. Gotta learn to live with it. If that means not buying one, so be it. Remember the ride your getting with this sled. Anyone who rode one last spring knows what I'm talking about.

^^^^Amen to that.
I would like one, but I think I'll wait one more season and see with they plan on doing with the chassis in a longer track. Funds this year are a little bit of an issue as well but hoping next year will bring about a new begining.

Never measured but my 06' 600 fusion had a radiator and I beat it pretty good. Never had an issue. I'm not to worried. If it's a problem I'll just get rid of it (the radiator).

The front heat exchanger is made of extruded aluminum. It is close to bullet proof. i had the chance to spend 5 hrs with this sled last season in Pittburg NH.
we tore one down and were able to go over all aspects of this sled and its design.
After a 3 hr ride i felt i gave it the best ride i could give it. My first impression was really good over all, the progresive rear suspension was awsome. the feeling of being connected to the ground (like a dirt bike)over the woops was strange at first. Once you learned how to load the suspension it handled everything i could throw at it. It handled the moguls better than anything i have ridden to date.
I was very disapointed with the cost of this machine. i voiced my opinion during the Q/A after our ride. they were eager to hear my concerns, i also recieved many emails from Polaris inquiring about my ride and price opinion. I think 10200.00 is to stiff for a 600cc sled. With an 800cc slated of next year, how can the tipical lay person rationalize the cost of this sled.
Overall, it was a great sled. I felt as comfortable and warm on this as i did on my 03 edge. the breaking and power were as good any 600cc avail.

I was at headwater polaris in Mi and they had their rush on the floor. I took a closer look at it. I will deffiantly buy one but it will be a few years old. I am thinking the 440 may be moving on down the road.

Yeah, I agree with that, as soon as they came out my dad was going to go order one, but once he saw the price he had to step down, just too much for the average guy. Might be getting a Shift instead.
