Thats the exact same setup I have and it works great in my 98, assumin you do mean 10-64 weights. I have a little different cylinder porting than you though. My motor has 220 jugs and yours has 824s From what Im told you might be a little heavy on the weights and a little steep on the helix. I was told that with your sled 10-62s are the way to go and not to go any higher than about 45-36 helix. Again thats just what I was told, so hopefully someone else will chime in and either verify or correct me. I can think of at least 6 guys on this site that have a TON of experience with these motors.
Should still work a lot better than stock though.

Some people say that the 824 motors won't pull the 64s, you won't get the rpms you want, I am using the 64s and having good luck. I was running about that same setup and loved it, much better than stock.

So your sled is the 99 700 also so it should have the same juggs right? Without jetting it I will probably lose some power? Now if I throw a pipe on it and jett it I should have no problem pulling those weights? Do you think I can pull those weight or should I get the next ones down?
Sorry for all the questions I only get a couple of weeks to ride and want it set up right.

I ran my 98 with all polaris parts.
almond/blue
10-64
silver
45-36 and I dropped 2 teeth on top sprocket. 120 studs, hajf pick half road runners. It ran well and would pull the front end on command.
On my 03' 700 I am running 66's with a cut head.

I don't know how, but I hit the throttle and it spins right up to 8100 and sits there till I let off.
