need keys - dont have keys for my sled started by 1973skidoo440

its a 73 ski doo 440 tnt manual start...were all the keys back then the same? or where can i get a new or used switch for cheap? or what else can i do? thanks

you could try to just unplug the switch. My tundra still works when you unplug the key switch.

Everything should still work when you unplug the ignition right from the switch.

you can buy ignition switches on dennis kirk. they have switches for just about any sled. They are about 20 bucks i think. Takes some diggin though.

Lost the key for my '96 Formula III and disconnected the ignition and everything works.

My 1st sled was a 01 plolaris 440 and my bro had a 03 Polaris 550 and the keys worked for both sled so maybe with a sled that old they might be all the same keys not positive tho
