don't paint the trailing arms... there just gonna get hit with snow chunks and weeds and just start flaking off. you would have to powder coat them or sand them down first
shenanigans! Paint them up. I did mine with appliance epoxy paint iirc and they held up great. That sled did alot of boondocking through the brush too.

it looks cool as is. Does any body know how to get sticker residue off of the hood because mine has residue on it that I want to get off of it so I can go all Black
gasoline and a rag.

You could just do what Jimmy Blaze does and spray bomb the entire sled. Rails, hifax, shocks, everything. My buddy bought his old rev mod and thats what was done to it. So haggard

Yea my buddy bought the one that's in THC 6 I believe...whatever the first one to feature Evolution Sled Park (aka Queerland). Black rev, red skis. Was actually a very clean sled underneath all the damn paint.

3-M has an adhesive remover just for that so you don't damage your finish. Your local jobber should have it. NAPA, Car Quest, etc...

Unless you strongly endorse and use those products I will have to side with sledcrusher and his opinion on this one.
I would rather see a nice graphics package applied, rather than have it look like the inside of a highschool kids locker door.
The good thing is, you can peel those things off if you change your mind.
Do something original. Why not find a small local vinyl man and ask him if he can come up with something cool for 50 bucks or so! give him like 2 colors to work with. Thought I'd toss that out there.

My sled has the same basic scheme, red on black.
I didn't like the all black (plus I was to cheap/lazy to get all the accessories done in black ) so I got the vinyl stickers that are on it off of ebay cheap and stuck them on there.

That looks better than random sponsor stickers slapped all over it. I think it looks fine

Thanks!
It's the first hood I ever painted and close up you can see some screw ups so I just take pics from a few steps back
Actually for being cheapo stickers they've held up pretty well, no sun fading or pealing at all.
