This year the rev is getting a make over. I got kinda sick of all the yellow and need to do something different but want some input as which direction to take it. Big problem is I'm not too artistic....I want something unique but not complicated at the same time. I've got some options as to what I can change. I've got a bunch of parts and have different colors to choose from. XT skis - black or yellow panels - black or yellow hood -black or silver or custom paint something bumper - yellow, red, black maybe paint the tunnel black springs and vents can get painted whatever I'll probably be painting the tunnel black, and redoing the rails black. Here's what it looked like last year. Too much yellow. Same but with black panels (windshield and little wind things are now black) I was thinking of doing the silver hood into a digital snow camo based off something like this. Could throw some yellow in it too or something. Was also thinking about doing something Boondock saints based. Put a while silhouette of Murphy on one side and Connor on the other using the black panels. Like this, but inverted. All creative suggestions are welcome....

I would do the snow camo I think it looks great. I also think that red looks really good with snow camo. But thats just me.

Polish just seems like tons of work for something that fades so quick.
That Boondock saints idea would be sweet I bet someone would make a wrap for it.

I've got some options as to what I can change. I've got a bunch of parts and have different colors to choose from.
XT skis - black or yellow - Black with yellow hoops
panels - black or yellow - Black
hood -black or silver or custom paint something
bumper - yellow, red, black
maybe paint the tunnel black - Polish it
springs and vents can get painted whatever - Leave Yellow
I'll probably be painting the tunnel black, and redoing the rails black. - Just the rails
Same but with black panels (windshield and little wind things are now black)
Seems like you know where to go on this. IMO - All black with yellow accents.
Black and yellow wheels too.

That's the one idea I'm 100% against. Been there, done that, hated it. It looks nice, but it's a total pain in the butt do around the tunnel braces and then brings the total suck to keep looking decent. It brings out the blemishes too and my tunnels not near perfect. i polished my buddies sled and we used blue magic polish and put a really thin layer of wax around were we polished and i detail cars and trucks and the shine last for a couple months if you do it that way
it don't look that bad i think they look better when they have little blemishes in them myself but you may have a different look at it but hey man its your sled

I like the simple look. I love how your sled looks now (mostly black).. all i'd do is paint the tunnel black.

I agree, it looks pretty sweet with just the black pannels!! If you powder coat the suspension blck, would be cool but I did it!! When I was done and sled put back together, i was wondering why the hell I did. I felt like nobody would notice it. But your opinion will matter the most on that. Good luck man!

Paint the yellow digi snow camo, then keep the black parts. Looks sick as it is though.

Anyone have tips on how to layout for a digi camo? I'm just going to use krylon fusion. Cheap, simple, easy, and will last half way decent. I'm not really sure about what order for taping off and what to use and such. I've only ever done solid 1 color hoods. I got the complete silver hood (with hinges and screens) for $10 so I don't feel bad about experimenting.

If I get a rev this season, it will be all black/white. Black skis, white shock springs, white skid plate, white hood, black side panels with some kind of white decals, white seat edging, black and white powermadd handguards, black a-arms, white a-arm covers. I think that would look pretty sick.

Here is what I would probably do... All black hood/plastics/etc. Black tunnel All black seat Yellow springs/hyfax Yellow skis Mortal Flight graphics from AFX with yellow accents Not your sled I realize, but it was easier to photoshop gives you an idea of what I was getting at. It's also missing the yellow hyfax and skis...probably use your black wheels also. There's a few AFX kits I really like. Just my two-bits.

Nice, I painted my ProX seat with the finest Krylon Vinyl paint. It actually has held up really good except for the spots where I grip with my boots.

Nice looking sled, you should have gone with like a sno camo that is whith and black, then on that have more white. Then for the side pannels i would do the side pannels with more black then white. just my 2 cence. then i might even paint the screens red or yellow.
