Have you even tried looking for one? Not to be mean but go to Goggle write in "Snowmobile Aftermakrter Parts" or something of that sort and look from there. Go to royal, look on eBay, go to any local dealer, check craigslist for a used one, actually look b4 asking.
Not hard to find a headlight cover.
Also can your snowmobile even have a headlight cover? Or is it just a sticky tint thing? I know my mxz cant have a headlight cover for it. I see mostly polaris indys with them becuz supposibly cuts down on wind resists. They just use old pieces of hard plastic we find cut it down to chape and spray them black.

Anyways check those sites and your local dealer. Shouldnt be hard.

If you cant fix it with duct tape, tylnol, or band aids your screwed.

I made one for my sled by taking plexi glass, cutting it to shape and painting it. When I put it on I am going to use velcro so I can remove it at night time. Just an idea of something you could do if you can't find one for your sled.

Headlight covers are Illegal In Wisconsin unless you strictly ride on private land.
