take off the bar pad, take out the bolts holding the handlebars down and lift up the handlebars as high as you can without pulling too hard. Don't forget that when you turn the skis, it may pull on the throttle cable and rev up the engine which you don't want. Chances are you will need the throttle extension and riser block. It's pricey but you can take it off your sled before you sell it and throw it on your new one.
