I bet it has a picture of an engine in place for a real engine If you want it you can have it like said it is your time and gas money.

I have seen this happen for real with a harley davidson before,could very well be legit.

Im sure he has about 500 calls. I bet someone just put that add up and put some random phone number for kicks. I do know of one person who sold his 2005 Ford Explorer for $100 so his wife couldnt get her hands on it. So you never know.
If you cant fix it with duct tape, tylnol, or band aids your screwed.
