Our best times to date are:

98 XC700 (mine) 11.01 @ 113 mph, mods: SLP single pipe, hot seat head, V-force II reeds, my clutching with heel clickers in the primary, and tuning,

99 XCSP 700 (wifes) 10.86 @ 116, mods: SLP single pipe, PSI head, Boyesen 2-stage reeds, my clutching, heel clickers in primary also, and tuning,

The 98 did this with a modified stock extra 10 rear suspension with a 15 inch wide asphalt track, driver weight around 185 with gear on.

The 99 has a Wahl Bros rear suspension setup with a 15X121 asphalt track also, driver weight around 130 with all of her gear on,

next year the 99 will have a 10&5/8 narrow track under it which will take another 20 pounds off the sled, twin pipes and porting will be in the works for the 99 also so I am expecting low 10.70's and hopefully into the high 10.60's with her driving the sled, all of this was done running pump gas, no high compression or race fuel.

A stock well tuned and clutched 98 XC 7 should net times in the high 11.90's with the stock suspension tied down with a 15X121, as for clutching you will have to contact me and I can give you some tips on what to do.

Heres a couple pictures of my wifes custom painted 99 XCSP 700 in it asphalt setup.
