A man in Virginia was arrested yesterday because a woman and her son were trespassing on his lawn, looked into his window, and saw him naked. He was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.....
Are you ****ing kidding me??? You can't even be comfortable in your own home anymore!!! I hope he wins his case, charges her with trespassing, and the police with harrassment. I would not be as cool about it as he is!!!

This is not right at all. I can't believe how stupid some people really are. If I were the police the first that would have come to mind is why the hell the lady was in his yard to begin with. Not only that what the hell is her 7 year old son walking around with her at 5:30 in the morning for?

Often times there is more to the story than you're reading. Often those individuals arrested for "just being naked" in their own home are actually exhibitionists who enjoy putting on a show for neighbors. If the guy was walking around naked why were his shades open? There are more questions that lead me to believe that he wasn't innocently walking around his house naked.

Sorry, Flatlander... I sleep naked and when the house is empty, I don't bother putting clothes on. I'm no exhibitionist, just lazy and comfortable in MY OWN HOME.
Also it's 530am. At that time I wouldn't be thinking someone was walking around outside. Her claim was that she was cutting through his yard, looked inside, and saw him naked in the kitchen. So she called the cops....
The guy has a 5 year old daughter, why would he put his relationship with her in jeopardy??

I think this one is going to come down to whether or not he could be seen from a public sidewalk. If so, he is going to have a harder time defending himself. If he could not be seen clearly, that woman should be charged with tresspassing at the minimum.
The cops must think he did SOMETHING for them to charge him. From what the one guy mentioned about proving the charge...good luck to the guy.
Think about it, how many of us guys have reached down and scratched their nads??? I had a roommate in college that did-CONSTANTLY.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Most people wake up at 5:30 in the morning so he was prabably just sleeping without clothes and wokeup not realizing that someone might see him, also the coffee suggests that he had just woke up as well. Even if the guy was an exhibitionist, why did she look in the first place?

i am glad that I have no neighbors I can walk around my house nude when my parents are not home I tried to ride naked on my sled once It was really cold. LOL

I would agree with getting arrested if he was flagging his dong all over the front window, but not according to the story. If what he is saying is true, the lady should get it for invasion of privacy!!
