Sorry for not introducing first time, now you can see some more details.
I have heard about this liquid heated gear, specially for snowmobile, motorcycles owners. But it's only for 4-stroke engine vehicles cause somehow this thing is connected to the engine and uses the cooling water or something, don't know too much about it.
But I guess this costs way more then an electrically heated one..
So basically that is what I've been looking for.
Thanks for the proper respond anyways.
I have to keep looking for it :)
Take care

Hi all,
Has anyone of you heard about liquid heated clothing for snowmobiles and motorcycles? Or what is the most popular in North America?Electric heated?
Thanks for the respond for instance!
Cheers

As for heated clothing, I can't speak about anything that is heated by fluids but I can say alot about electricaly heated clothing. Both of these options are not commonplace with snowmobiles due to compatabilty but electrics are more commen with motorcycles.
A lot of sleds have electricaly heated handgrips and throttle levers but not much more. Some water cooled sleds have heated floorboards and a few 4-stroke sleds have the exhaust under the seats that give them some heat.
Electricaly heated clothing is more popular with motorcycles since their charging systems are more capable of handling the current needed to handle those options.
Does your question about heated gear have anything more specific that you may be looking for?
