I was riding on my old arcic cat lynx, when i went down a pretty steep snow bank and when i hit the bottom the handle bars snapped (???). My visor wwas open because it wouldn't stop fogging and my face came down on the corner of the windshield, cracking it and cutting my face. My chest was the worst from hitting the sterring post, really bruised and cut. Thought I'd share it. Only have one picture, my eye was a lot more swollen and darker the next day, I was lucky it didn't get my eye! P.S. the picture was tken right after I woke up, that's why I had my grumpy look on. lol
Error: File 161194 doesn't exist in gallery!

Definitely could have been worse. Not from a windshield, but definitely face carnage. Don't let a ball hit you in the face, it'll win...

Went mountain biking in a ravine one day after work..
Woke up in a hospital with a broken back (4 crushed vertebrae), amnesia for 24 hours, etc, etc... Because of the concussion, they wouldn't give me any stronger pain killer than tylenol. (OUCH!!!)

OUCH!! That looks like it was really painful. How long ago did that happen, Poo kid? And what is that magazine on your lap in your bird pic? Looks like a pretty good "read" from what I can see.

That was in June of '95.. And it hurt bad enough, that when I broke my hip this year I wasn't sure it was broken, because it didn't hurt bad enough.. (it took passing out while walking to get me to go to the hospital for my hip)
The mag was brought up by my buddy, who wanted to make sure that everything worked. I did break my back after all..

Heh, I wasn't too popular with the nurses anyway, they were constantly chasing my buddies out...
Actually the only hot looking nurse that was there when I was there, got really pissed at me as soon as I came out of my amnesia. They had put an IV in my arm at the elbow, and since I was delirious I kept moving my arm and pinching it off so they would have to come in and straighten out my arm.. My first memory was this snotty crunt nurse grabbing my arm and yanking it straight then telling me to stop moving my f-ing arm.. So I told her that I was f-ing delirious, and if she wanted to stop the f-ing thing from f-ing beeping to put the f-ing IV to somewhere f-ing else where it wouldn't f-ing beep every time I f-ing moved my f-ing arm..

Not at your pain but at the nurse story.
If you cant fix it with duct tape, tylnol, or band aids your screwed.
