i am wondering if cleaning my reed valves on my 96 xcr 600 sp would help out the smoking a little bit..
whats everyone think about that?,
whats the best way to go about cleaning them? does anyone have some nice and easy tips or tips to make it smooth?
thanks for the help..

No the reed valves have nothing to do with the smoking. It is probably the oil injector is injecting too much oil.

can i adjust that?
i dont really foul out plugs,
would it be a bad idea to clean the reeds anyways? JW

It wouldn't hurt to clean or even replace the pedals once and a while anyways!
