I just seen this last night on youtube
And i think its absolutly terrible whether she was pretty or not. I know it was a one in aa million chance but still. This is going to add to one of the reasons i do not like taking any kind of vacine or medicine that the goverment puts out. I have confidence in my emmune system to fight virus' like the flu
id like to hear your opinion on this situation.
Oh and my prayers go out to this women for them to find somekind of cure for her!

Very Scary and sad, I hope she recovers from it. My wife and 2 kids went for the H1N1 shot on Tuesday and I plan on going tomorrow because I have asthma. I have never had a flu shot but this new flu scares the **** out of me.
Cheers

What a shame!! I could only hope who ever put out that shot does something to find a cure so she can live her life again. Guess I won't be getting that one, even if it's one in a million!!

very very sad. I have only gotten a handful of flu shots. I got one last year, work was giving them out. On the day of the shot, I thought I was going to die. I was pouring sweat, dizzy, puking, nervous and shaky. I told myself never again. I will admit I was thinking about getting it again, because I never got sick. I seen that video about a week ago, and thats what made up my mind on not getting it.

Thats terrible. I was very skeptical about getting it. Thats why I haven't. My doctor doesn't even provide them because he know that they will bring more harm than good..not just like this case though..

I can't really blame this on the flu shot; as it was only triggered by it. It could have easily been triggered 2 weeks later by something like too much chocolate for all we know.
Besides that, I don't get vaccines. They're full of mercury and all kinds of other crap I don't want or need.
I DON'T think H1N1 is as bad as they say it is, thousands of people die every year of the regular flu anyways.

That is just completely sad.
It's because of that makes me wonder why things are out there that have the potential to do that kind of damage.

I'm not a doctor, but I agree with Ibreakstuff, the shot triggered something in her body that was latent until now. A car accident, allergy, or some other shock to her body could have caused it as well. It's a shame someone who was leading a normal life has to go through something like that.
I will still be getting the seasonal flu shot and likely the H1N1 shot. I'm not one for being sick and I work with enough people that aren't intelligent enough to stay home when they are sick. The piggy flu doesn't sound like anything any worse than the seasonal flu, but the media has picked up the story and frenzied everyone.

They're full of mercury and all kinds of other crap I don't want or need. I DON'T think H1N1 is as bad as they say it is, thousands of people die every year of the regular flu anyways. Although it isn't for sure caused by the shot, it is definitely a major suspect. Doctors that tell the truth say that the H1N1 is LESS dangerous than the normal seasonal flu. The regular flu kills MORE people every year than the H1 will, and the symptoms are worse. I wish the media would quit whipping up hysteria about everything. They overuse scary words like "pandemic" and the whole world gets in an uproar. Half the people out there are in the camp that say the vaccine is bad, and the other half is all worked up that the government hasn't provided enough vaccine! It isn't that big of a deal!! If you are at risk, you probably have been vaccinated; if not, when you get sick drink lots of water and stay home from work. Pretty simple. For the people that are enraged that "The Government" can't get out the vaccine, when has the government been efficient at anything? Trouble is, the same people want the government to control the WHOLE healthcare industry. WTF!! They blamed George Bush for not stopping hurricane Katrina, and now they're screaming at Obama because it takes some time to make 5 billion flu shots. What the heck is The President supposed to do? Hold up Moses' staff and hold back the water from entering New Orleans? Use Moses' staff to make manna and swine flu vaccine? What people want doesn't make any sense. When did we change from a nation of people that believed in pulling themselves up by the bootstraps to a nation of government-dependant crybabies? Sorry for the rant. re: the posted video That is a really weird ailment. It's crazy how she's normal when she runs. I feel really bad for people with problems like that, but they deal with it way better than I ever could.

I wouldn't get the shot personally. I think I may have had that H1N1 flu already a month or 2 ago. I had the worst sore throat I've ever had in my life and literally took all of my strength to get out of bed and get a glass of water for 4 days, which I ended up puking up anyways and I ended up taking anti biotics for 2 weeks trying to get rid of that sore throat. If that was the H1N1, its no big deal and it's over before you know it..

I agree. Just a heads up for you guys that don't know. You can request both shots mercury-free.

I got it yesterday at my school, and now I feel like **** (takes all my strength just to get around the house) and my arm hurts like a bitch! I didn't want to get it, but when you still live in your parent's house, I guess you gotta do what they say.

I had my H1N1 flew shot yesterday and I feel fine, no pains, aces I feel completely normal. My arm barley hurts at all, I would say your arm hurts worse when you get a mosquito bite. Also this video posted is for a seasonal flew shot not H1N1 flew shot. The H1 vaccine was not even available in august. Over 48000 people including my wife, kids and mother have being vaccinated in Winnipeg over the past 4 days with no serious side effects.
Cheers
