I have to take my carbs off to clean for the first time and i was wondering if the two smaller hoses that go into the carb are for the oil injection. They are located towards the reeds more than the airbox. Also if i take those off what would be the best way to make sure there are no air bubbles in them. Thanks much....

you can take those off and not worry about oil lines getting air in them, i wouldnt worry about it, if you are worried about it when you start your sled up after you put it back together, just reach down to the oil pump and pull up the lever to advance the oil pump, this will get the oil flowing faster (It will basically pump the oil as fast as it would if you were at full throttle, but your sled will be at idle)

They should be oil lines. If they are rack carbs it can only be 3 lines, there are two vent lines on top of the carbs that run back to the airbox, one big gas line that goes into a "T" at the bottom of the carbs, and one oil line per carb that comes in from the mag side at a slight angle.

All you gotta do is just unhook them and hook them back up. Before you put your airbox back on, hold the oil pump wide open for a few seconds. If you need help locating the pump/how to hold it open let me know and I will show you.
