I run amsoil interceptor, but i might change if i find a better deal on some good quality synthetic oil. I have heard nothing but good about klotz. Factory oils are also good. Amsoil seems to work well also.

Amsoil Interceptor in my SnoPro right now. I have 1 1/2 gallons left, and then will be switching to Klotz potentially...

I run regular Cat oil in my ZR (w/o powervalves). Hard to beat at $22/gal...even though I don't ride that sled much anymore...

Do a search and you'll get a ton of answers if you're really interested. I usually use what every is cheapest for me since I'm running a basic piston-ported 2-stroke.

Its funny that people say oil is very good when they have no idea how good it actually is. The only way to judge a oils overall ability to lubricate and protect aside from lab testing is to disassemble a engine and look at the condition of the internals, not just look at valve cleanliness. I'd be willing to bet 50% of the people here who say one oil is better than the other has no clue if thats actually the case or not. just my .02 cents!

I never said i know or claimed to know. Use whatever oil suits your riding conditions and price is all i ever say. Most oils today are very good anyways as long as they are used in the proper environments that they were designed for. Amsoil interceptor seems to lub well judging by my piston and cylinder conditions. Over 3,500 miles and a perfect cylinder wall and skirt with very little teflon coating rubbed off. I consider that very reasonable.

I have always used Polaris Gold, or VES Gold depending on which sled it was. Haven't had any issues at all but will probably switch to Amsoil or Klotz after seeing all of this positive feedback. Not to mention that i am loyal to another brand now.

Supertech! Its marine rated, so its good to use in your sled. At $10 a gallon, how can you beat it? When I can't get to walmart which is 35+ minutes away, I have to run Castrol 2T at $6.50 a quart. Ouch.
