I got a cobra chrome windshield for my 93 xcr 440 and it has a huge gap by the headlight only on the left side. Anyway to get it to fit better?

hi i bought the same windshield and it had the same problem but on both sides and then i took it back and got a different one and it still had the gap. I ended up just heating it up with it on the sled then pushed against the head light by hand. Be careful on how hot it get it thought a little heat goes a long way. hope this helped.

it also helps if you put the darts in that go at the bottom corners of the headlights.

return it or tryheating or trimming. I had to trim a cobra years ago on my ultra. Wouldn't fit over the clear light guard.

woodbooga: (WOOD-boog-ah), n. regional dialect, common to areas of New Hampshire and Maine including the towns of Ossipee, Alton, Farmington, Acton, and Lebanon; one who attempts to obtain free firewood to fuel woodburning appliances in an effort to mitigate expenses related to home heating with fossil fuels. Frequently used as a term of derision by non-woodburners who mock the presence of loose bark and other wood waste in the beds of their pickup trucks.

Someone telling fibs on craiglist.....thats rare LOL.....The only thing e-bay has over C/L is the fact you can let everyone know they are crooks through feedback

Get back ahold of the guy and see if he has more....if so, see if he will let you try another...if he doesn't, and won't refund your cash, go back on the list and let everyone know he is selling junk
