Thanks for posting that

So true, it's cool to see them ripping it up on the older sleds. Some of the stuff they were hitting was pretty insane for those sleds.

Didn't you make a thread not too long ago about wanting to long track your triple or buying a modded mountain sled. And now you don't need all that horsepower to ride powder?

You do know that they are riding the newest and best sleds when that film was made. Just the same as today. I don't understand this post. Having fun on old beater sleds????? When this was filmed these sleds were the kings. You could not get any better sleds. We ride todays sleds now and in 20 years we will be looking back at todays sleds and see how incapable they are of not climbing everything that is out there and not having 300 stock horsepower.

Good video but your thoughts on it are totally wrong.

when the video was made a long track was 1 144" now a stock sled comes with a 162 so yea big difference...the point is you can still have fun riding in pow with a sled that doesnt have all the bells and whistle's so if you are incapable of understanding this, which is in plain english, then you are just retarded

The most popular choice for an XP summit this year was a 146 inch track. Not much longer then the 144. If you want a 162 you are looking to climb the biggest and the best. But that wont get you the best sled for boondocking. You have a point is saying you dont have to have a sled that has all the bells and whistles. But that video you showed was sleds with all the bells and whistles. A fine point but not one that goes with that video.
