As for the story, sounds like the kind of thing they have on CSI or shows like that. Only the guy was apparently not that hard to find, with house smelling like rotting person and all.

He doesn't deserve immediate death, but something slow, and extremely painful. Make him suffer. I'm not a very morbid person, but there is a lot of things I would like that guy to go through. For every person he raped, or killed, or whatever, he should suffer through. Shove a metal rod up his ass ( for the rape ), then choke him till hes about to pass out, then maybe smash his knee caps and push him down a set of stairs, then let him figure it out once he gets to the bottom while dogs with rabies bite him.

IDK about you but what the guy did in Law Abiding Citizen would be a good way to go. Cut all of his body parts off slowly but give him something that will not let him move but he can feel everything. and then adrenalin so he doesnot pass out. there are some sick mofos out there. i cant imagin how bad that neighbor hood would smell.
