LMAO I love these type of threads. Everyone has different theories. Holding it WOT to check the compression? I never did that? And my readings were 120 PSI in my MXZ. So if I hold it open I will get what? 140 PSI? Or would it go down? Anyways.

I heard that:
Use mineroil oil after engine rebuild to break your rings in. Never hold the throttle open for very long during break in. Mix your first 3 tanks of gas 50:1. Give it shots of gas to break the engine in becuase then it will run btter after the rings are broken in.

And thats all I heard. :D

Im not sure. I think it depends on your tester.

why is it so hard to just hold the throttle wide open? just zip tie the throttle down while testing, that is like a 5 second process, even if it doesn't make a difference, its not like that 5 seconds ruined your life.

Bambi would have been a better and shorter movie if he was shot in the beginning with his mother

if a ride on lawn mower takes bumps better than your sled, its time to upgrade

That or velcro strips, those are reusable.. They are also handy for holding wiring bundles together, and innumerable other things as well.

And it's about $11.00 for a 15 foot roll (shipping included), I keep several around, and cut off a piece when I need it.
