Yeah it was just too good a deal to let pass.
My 93 still run's great, and with 265,000 on it is still able to get 22 mpg when driven correctly!
However due to some minor structural problem's, I haven't been able to tow with it for the past 2 year's.
That's the main reason We've been using My brother's vehicle's to go to Isabella the past couple of year's.
We'll be bringing the Stro up there this year, as it has a "LOT" more room for gear storage than Randy's S10 does.
The 2K has the same tranny and rear diff as the 93, so It's really not much different to drive than the 93.
It does have torsion bar's up front rather than spring's, so it has a little more body roll to it, but not too bad.
All in all for $500 I'm sure not gonna complain.
I do need to give a shout out to the guy's at
www.astrosafarivans.org for helping Me figure out the conversion.
Without the info I discovered over there, It probably would have cost Me another $500-$1000 to fix something I don't really need.
