Does anyone by chance have a design for a drop bracket for a wedge xtra-10? I got my 2" camoplast challenger installed and the outside lugs are rubbing the heat exchangers. I've seen guys on here wigh their skids dropped, just wondering if there are drawings to take to a machine shop, or what the right approach is. Let me know please. Thanks in advance.

Do the $20 slp's fit over the existing? They don't have instructions online. Also, do they provide enough clearance? The description is pretty vague.

I looked at those , but didn't like them because they don't have that little tab that comes out and rivets to your foot rail . Slp are just straight , and I think they just go over , by drilling out the pre existing rivets and re installing new ones

They drop about 2 inches. I have them on my sled. Over 2700 hard miles amd still hold up great. All you have to do is put them on using the bolt hole to hold the suspension on. Then it sits in place so you can use the slp bracket itself as the drill guide. You can use rivets or the super strong hardened bolts with loctight and muscle. Which is what I did. we used allen key bolts on the inside so it wouldnt rub on the track by chance.
Also remember to drop the front holes of the skid too. there are stock guide holes on the inside for this, BUT skip that hole. Its worthless lol its still too much ski pressure. I dropped the front a full 2 inches center to center. Perfect with the slp brackets. I recomend it fully! Also it gave me better floatation in the deep and made it much easier to get the skiis off the ground.
My sled is better than all my exes... well except in bed

Heres a better picture of it. You can see the 3 different drop holes in the front.
