Just got my sled back from the dealer today and within 2mins of riding it the brake stuck on. I pumped the handle a few times, and it worked fine for about 40miles. Then it stuck again, i came to a stop, pumped the handle, and rode home another 10miles and it worked perfect. Anyone know what could be wrong with it? I bought the sled brand new in 2008, it has 2500miles on it, and it is stored inside always. Thanks
Moisture in the brake fluid /freezing? Possibly also causing parts to stick/corrode?. Possibly a collapsed brake line? (Are the lines rubber or steel lines?)
Had that last problem with my car.
Flush with new brake fluid and test it again. (Also think it's good to pump the brakes from time to time in the off season and keep fresh fluid in it.)
Somebody please tell Google people stop having birthdays when they die.
I can tell winter's here - all the dealers are asking $1,000 more than the sleds are worth!

On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes -- and I see many of them in the audience here today -- our sense of patriotism is particularly strong.
