Hey everyone, new guy here. Hopefully I can tap into some of the expertise here. I hav a '03 Polaris RMK that was stolen and stripped that I'm wanting to put back together. I have some questions about what engine I can put back in it. It had a Liberty VES 600 in it, but I'd like to put a 700 or 800 in it now. Will an older, say '99 or so,non-ves twin bolt in where the Liberty was? What is the difference between the Liberty engines and the Pre-Liberty engines?

Thanks,
Chris

Your confusing me a bit. The VES has a bit more power than the non-VES, right. I think you just have a typo in the first sentence. Will a '99 Twin bolt to the same mounts as a Liberty VES?

If you get the correct engine mounts for the new engine it should be a bolt in engine. Make sure the mounts are for the 03 big block and they should work. You will also need the right airbox pipe silencer throttle cable cdi and the mounting for them. It's not always as easey as it first seems.
