I have a 2002 Polaris Sport Touring 550 Fan. Do
es it take a 2 or 6 pulse tach? I believe this is stamped on the back of the tach. Thanks

You may want to check with the dealer, but the one for my 2004 was a 6 pulse.

it is a 6 pulse for sure! We have the same sled and put in a 6 pulse and it works wonderfully! Dont think twice at all!
