Decided to sell: Complete minus REAR suspension.
It's a 98 XCR 440 chassis which is the exact same bulkhead and tunnel as the 99+ 500 XC & XC SP's. I converted it to a GEN II this summer.
Front Suspension:
-XC-10 (tipped in trailing arms)
-EVERY rod end in steering and suspension is BRAND NEW with less than 25 miles on them
-BRAND NEW Trailing arms
-The BEST Radius Rods money can buy: Hand made out of Aluminum by Wimpy!
Skis:
-C&A Pro XT's (7 1/4 wide)- Less than 25 miles on them: New condition
-10" carbides also with less than 25 miles on them.
Chassis:
-As mentioned above and in great shape, perfectly square. All black paint is stripped off, tunnel is polished aluminum.
-All weak,loose or aluminum rivets were replaced with hardened steel rivets- won't have to worry about anything flexing
Drive train:
-Comes with Secondary clutch (loaded), jackshaft, chaincase (loaded with Hyvo), and Drivers
-Complete brake system, including pads, caliper, STEEL BRAIDED line, 04 Pro XR master cylinder
-Has a 1 point something track- just short of 1.25. I think it's the "snoX track" from 1998. Has a handful of lugs missing, but other than that is in very nice shape. All clips are intact, and all 96 studs are in good shape
Seat:
-2001 Edge seat: Over-stuffed, red on the sides
Gas Tank:
-Edge style, black
Controls:
-As mentioned above, 04 Pro XR master cyl, PowerMadd Al throttle block, Renthal grips.
-PRO TAPER handle bars
-Fly Racing 3" Articulating bar riser
-Replaced all switches with LED toggle switches and put them on the consol instead of bars.
Cosmetics:
-Brand New RED skid plate
-Red hood, good shape (few surface scratches), all decals removed except for two big white POLARIS stickers
-Low cut windshield.
Guages:
-No speedometer
-Comes with black tachometer.
