you know that when dropping your rear suspention alot screws up your angle of attack. yes you can drop your front as much but you can only drop it about 2-3 inches or drop and role your chaincase. otherwise you will be front heavy and thats not good for powder snowmobiles at all. your skis wont get on top of the powder, and your friends wont want to ride with you anymore because you get stuck all the time.

here's a couple pics of my 97 rmk. i went from the 136 to a 141, 8 tooth extroverts, rolled the suspesion back 2.5" built my own rear brackets to give 3" of drop over stock, lowered the front mount 1.25" , put a mountain magic tunnel into it. in the end it sits the same height as it did when it was stock now it's just stretched abit.

I do what the voices in my head tell me!!

800 needs snow
800 needs snow

my 1997 rmx with a 2001 rear skid and a 156" camoplast track 2" back from stock and 1.5 down on the rear and properly lined up in the front. like some of the otheres said if you move your rear skid around you need to know the angles you need to set it by you mess it up and your making a ditch digger.

GO BIG OR GO HOME. the only disapointment you will have is if you don't go for it.
