I like the black too!!! Then again I also like the clear!! You had mentioned bringing up the edge when I am gonna be out there you should bring the 900 too I really wana see that bad boy in action!!

when I was looking at my mountain fit hoods I was told the clear looked great until after a couple seasons. then it is foggy and dirty. scratches show up on both clear and black. but the black looks way nicer. I am very glad I went with it.

Black all the way. You would have to clean the clear inside and out after every ride. Plus once the clear starts scratching, you would probably hate it.
