Your GPS is designed to run off of DC, Your snowmobile produces AC.... Unless you have a rectifier built into the stock wiring you are going to have to get DC somehow. Polaris does have a 12v DC powerpoint/lighter kit designed for their sleds. I forgot the part number. I installed one on my 96 xlt. The kit included a rectifier, lighter jack, basic wire harness, and capacitor. Call your dealer and ask them to research it for you. If I remember right the kit cost around 55 dollars. It was a simple and straight forward bolt in without any wire cutting and splicing. It's worth the money.
