Yesterday myself and 3 others rode from Newfound to Lyme and back again. Corr 11 to Rumney was good, be careful on Goose Pond it is getting slushy. From the BRVSC club house we took Primary 153 into the Lyme area. Once we got into Lyme Pinnacle territory nothing and I mean nothing was marked or signed, all the junctions had posts in the ground but no signs. We had a trail map but it does no good when you don't know which junction you are at. Though the trails were groomed and very good. The Baker River trails were awesome as well. We ate at the Chicken BBQ at the ski-way and then made our way into Lyme Village for gas, that trail was brutal and once again not marked. From there we headed back to Baker River by guessing which trail we were on and we finally made in to Corr 5 and took the power lines back to Alexandria, the power lines were getting thin in the spots the sun hits. All told we did 130 miles of mostly good, but stressful riding.
