I just traded off my ultra for a 2000 ski-doo 600 summit 144. This sled will be for the girlfriend. What are some things I could do to this sled. Mods, weightloss, clutching? anything. Also I have a 151 track sitting around. If I regear it will this sled pull that track just fine? Can I put rev skis on this chassis and do they work well?
I like the looks of the split headlight cover. Mine does not have one but can I put one on?

2005 Summit X 800 151. Some goodies....NOS

2005 M7 153. D&D y pipe, snoweliminators, hood/side vents.

2003 REV 800 144- totalled for now. it will be rebuilt this summer.

Nice upgrade, you'll feel the weight difference in the powder. It will pull the 151" track with the lower gearing some clutching. Dynoport I believe makes pipes for that sled. Enjoy.

How much do these sleds weigh? It seems heavy just lifting it but, I would think it would weigh that much.

weight is comp. of others of that year but they ride light, lay over easy in pow ect.
if you long track it set suspention back like the 02 summit.there is a brp(?)can on ebay.keep the stock pipe loose the muffler.
it will work good regeared with that track but dont forget she will be higher and deeper When she gets stuck
