Every time I try to upload a pic I get this..? Is it because the pic is to big or the connection is to slow..Sometimes it works but %85 of the tim it doesnt, then I have to load the pics on another site..

It says the pic 384 KB on PC but they seem bigger..I have 56k dialup, usually connects at 50k..It should be fast enough..

Do you know how to resize them?? the only way I know is to go through a photo web page.. They are from the digi camara..
