Secondly, I'm not a babysitter and I don't want to be some "bad-ass" admin that locks every other topic because it doesn't conform. I have enough to do without having to patrol here all day long, taking care of people. I think I should be able to expect enough maturity out of everyone that we won't have these problems, but some people are inherently immature.
