My buddy got me into snowmobiling in 99 when he let me ride his enticer 250 on our clubs annual ride. i got a Jag 4000 3 months later and loved it. I have since gotten 3 other vintage AC's and a kawasaki invader but will always keep the Jag and maybe someday complete the restoration I have started.

Cant remember my first sled. I remember having a twin Elan with electric start and flames paintjob when I was around 5 or 6. After that I had several Citation LS'. I had an amazing time on them. Then my father got a Blizzard 9700 when I was around 8 or 9. That was a fast sled, especially for me.
I was so young in these pics I cant even remember these sleds. I loved riding from the beginning.

Well I grew up in Ontonagon, MI my first machine was a 1980 Yamaha SS 440 and I've been on snowmobiles since I was just over a year old. Started Riding by myself at around 3 years old on the old SS then at about 13 my mom gave me her 1991 Ski Doo formula MX, blew it up twice. I rode the MX till I was 18 when I bought my very own first snowmobile which is my current one, a 1997 Yamaha VMax SX 700. I dont have pics of the SS But I do have some of the MX and of course I have some of the SX.

i started sledding when i was about 3 or 4...my mom was divorced at that time and in the winter of 93, she met my step dad who had been snowmobiling since he was about 6 or 7...his first sled was a nordic and hes told me stories about how hed spend more time fixing the damn thing then riding it....it was in the late 80's or so when my dad got his first polaris...ever since then weve been riding polaris sleds...i currently have a 97 xlt, i had a 96 which i sold to my neighbour, and my dad just bought a 600 fusion in april...thats how i started sledding.

I started sledding in 2003 when I was 21 on a 1995 Phazer II. It had an Aaen pipe and 121 x 1.5 paddle track, I bought it for $1000 bucks. Shortly after buying it I fried the PTO piston. Had both cylinders bored .040 over, new Wiseco's and she was back on the trail. Rode it for about 1000 miles... blew the PTO piston. Replaced that one, sold the Aaen pipe and put the stocker back on. Shortly after that with 2 seasons under my belt, I decided the Phazer wasn't enough anymore, so in July 05 I traded the Phazer in on an 01 RMK 700 144"- the dealer gave me $1400 trade in! :D Rode the RMK two seasons, then bought my 03 Escape this spring. I don't have any pics of the old 'Phaze on the computer (lost a hard drive) but I might be able to dig them up from a dirt bike forum I frequent if anyone cares that much.

My first sled was a 73 Yamaha GP433. Was also my first rebuild and learning sled. Good times. Got my brother addicted to it as well. We actually had 5 sleds at one time. They Yammy, a Ski-Doo 440 TNT, Kawasaki Invader or Intruder that I got for $40 of a friend from school that had been blown up, a 72 250 Elan that we never got to run right and a Arctic Cat Panther that had a 440 I think. My brother now has 2 sleds, a 78 Scorpion whip 340 that is mint with electric start and a 88 or 89 Ski-Doo MX LT that is also mint. I currently have 2 96 XLT SPs, one is stock and the other currently has pipes, rail extensions and a 1.4 lug track waiting installation when I get back from Afghanistan. I think I was like 12 or so when my cousin first got me addicted to it and I had a 11 year break when I lived in Florida. Glad to be back in the sport.

I just started riding last year, both on dirtbikes and sleds. I bought this 95 panther with 3k miles on it from my Fiance's father and put about 1000 miles on it last winter locally. Picked up a new to me 98 ZR6 for the coming season.
