I just went through my collection of old magazines. The oldest I can find that I've saved is from around 1996 / 1997. I busted out an old Oct/Nov 1997 issue of SnowTech (exactly 10 years old). It's crazy looking through it how much things have changed since then in only 10 short years. The ads are particularity interesting and I see products and companies which no longer exists...some of those fly by night ones.

So, anyone else here collect sledding magazines? What is the oldest one you have?

I think the oldest I have now is like 94 or 95. I tossed a bunch 2 years ago, but saved a good number. I'll have go through them soon and see. I know what you mean though. "94-99" Those were some pretty good transition years as far as inovation and development goes.
It's fun looking through those old issues now and then. There are some old mags that still have very useful info. or good to refer to for my older sled...

I don't have any magazines but I was digging through a box of VCR tapes about a month ago and found an Arctic Cat tape showing all the new 1995 models. It is pretty amazing how things changed in the last 10 years. Just think of the stuff we used to ride back in the 80's.

its not a sled ad but i have two adds for my boat from 1970. They are original and framed on my wall with a picture of the boat and the original build tag.
