Ok, I did a quick search and found 2 places cheaper for the item I am looking for. One place was called Alpine and the other was Power Edge. Anyone try these or have found another supplier cheaper and reliable?

I'm looking for the accessory plug-in socket that came stock on Greasemonkey's sled. He seems to think it should mount on mine since I already have the electrical plug. This would work for the heating project for the tank bag.

So far I have seen prices vary from $78 to $64 and the retaining nut $11 to $7. Probably could come up with something else but I think it will look better with a factory set-up.

I have the 06 Yamaha accessories book. It has the part you are looking for [DC Outlet part# 8et-w8192-00-kt] price is$49.95 It comes with the outlet and the plug that adapts to a RCA plug I also have a heated grip for a Yamaha that you can you can have for your project. It should get warm enough to keep your SACK from getting cold.
