I have an F7 that came stock with yellow coils and I want to paint them black. Does anybody have any advice to do it myself?

You'd be better off taking them in and having them Powdercoated. It will hold up much better. For 2 springs it shouldnt cost more than 50bucks.

If you're going to paint them, paint as you would any other metal. It will hold up for a winter or two.

yeah it wouldn't work with normal spray paint or whatever because when the shocks compress or when like sticks or something hit them the paint will peal/
