I was just wondering what kind of reviews you guys give C and A Pro Skis, especially the Sport 2? I have come across a good deal on them but know very little about them. WOuld the Sport 2 still be a big leap from factory plastic skis?

thanks.

Which C&A model are you referring to though, as there are about 5 different ones, the Sport 2 being the least aggressive and then advantage, advantage x etc.

C&A Skis are awesome products IMO. I have the ADX model on my ZR, and they were a huge upgrade from the stock plastics. I don't think it matters what model you go with, it will be an improvement.

A mountain lion roaming the prairie found a bull, killed it and ate the entire bull. With a heavy belly, unable to walk, the lion laid in the tall grass moaning and roaring. Soon a hunter, attracted by the roaring, shot and killed the lion. Moral: When you're full of bull, keep your mouth shut!

Did i hear correctly though that regular carbides won't work with C and A's and that you need special carbides for them?

You buy carbides for C&A skis, just like any other set of skis polaris/cat/doo, etc.....

I swear by the C&A's, have been using the brand for 5 or so years now, love them. If you are getting them for your 440 all you need is the "advantage" version, nothing more aggressive than that.
