I havne't talked to the dealer about this, but I thought I would see if anyone else had some info. I got fuel and my gas cap wouldn't go on right, and then I added oil and the oil cap won't go on now. Thank god for duct tape and some rags. Anyone else have the same problem?

Yes. You are right, they suck. I sealed my oil cap with electrical tape on my 2005 600. If you get a replacement, it's the same cap. What to do.

It seems like the rubber gaskets in those caps get all out of shape. If you fiddle around with the rubber seals, you might get it to work better.
