rode mt st helens today - ok first ride of the season started by 94zr700kid

'96 RMK 500 EFI -136"
2008-2009 Miles:

rode the sleds from cougar sno park, to the lava canyon. not enough snow to get off trail though. couldn't go up tp the plains because there was only like 2'' of snow... atleast we got to ride!
we (here in S.W. Washington state) are supposed to get 2 to 4 feet of snow above 2500ft, in the next week so, powder trip next week!
1st sled-> 1985 polaris 250
2nd sled-> 1994 polaris indy 440
3rd sled-> 1994 Arctic Cat ZR700
now -----> 1996 POLARIS RMK 500EFI

rode MT ST HELENS again today,,, sno was packed and wavy,, 3-4" ice layer on top, thawed out around noon,, good traction, good riding conditions
my sleds chassis couldn't handle the riding we did
... time for a newer one

well Helens snoparks are closed
drove up without the sled to check out the fresh stuff and found this
8300 and 90 rd. junction
so i think we'll have to hit some gravel roads or sumthin...
ahhh this sucks, so much fresh powder too
very rare snowdepth this year, been hearing its that 1 in 10yrs. dump..

3/25/08 haven't been sleding in tow weeks, four weeks sence RMK 900 has been paid off. Need to make it back up to Cedar Breaks UT, 10,000 ft leavel before snow it gone! I will turn in to a pumpkin!
