	I havn't needed this since I sold my house, and I now live in the cities in an apartment and no way is this being used. Needs an oil change. Has 175lb working pressure, this thing kicks ass! It's heavy. It is in Bemidji, and you would need to pay $ to get it delivered, or you pick it up. Comes with water trap and pressure regulator.
