Upgraded an my old '92 Indy 500 SP EFI with only 1,800 miles.

- Xtra10 longtrack from a '96 Ultra (131.5")1.25". purchased from Ferntfernt on this board.
- Edge seat, tank and handle bar cover
- IQ snow flap
- New bearings all around, and complete tune-up.
- White USI project X skis (no pics yet)

took it out for it's first run since all the changes. 110 miles and it is much improved over last year.

looks very nice, as if it were built from the factory that way...
the only thing i would do is change the brake master cylinder on handlebars

I'm contemplating a handlebar change. Is there an easy brake while I'm at it?
