I am selling a 1998 XCR 440 snowmobile. It has the VES (variable exhaust system). It has a PSI clutch kit. Upgraded to 35mm flatside carbs with new high performance pistons and rings. It has fox rechargeable gas shocks all around. The track is in good shape with no lugs missing. It also comes with an extra windshield and cover. It ran great last year up until it was parked. Haven't had time to get it fired up this year. Might need fuel pump or carbs might need a cleaning. I don't have time to mess around with and I woudn' know what I am doing anyway. Compression checked aat 155 in one and 152 in the other piston. I don't want to bring it to a dealer and have them bend me over for something simple. First person with cash takes this mean machine. Might consider trade on a drive on/off trailer. Asking $1150 or B.O. Email me for pics or questions at bryknettel@yahoo.com

With that much compression, does it run on pump gas?

2001 RMK 800 151"
1990 Indy 400 (Slightly modded with welded tunnel cracks and various used Indy parts from models throughout the 90's)
2006 Stihl Chainsaw
1980's Vintage Lawnboy Lawnmower (3 in collection)
2005 Husqvarna Weed Whacker (It sucks to rewind the string, but that 31cc motor sure is torquey!)
2000 Polaris XCSP Edge 600 (1.5" Track, 22 40 gearing)

Yes it does run on pump gas. The pistons and rings were done last year with the PSI clutch kit.

Here are some pics.....
